Architecture Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is the tool used by the Blue Heron Homeowner’s Association (BHHA), an Oregon non-profit, to ensure that our community maintains the “conformity and harmony” that it has had since its inception. The ARC consists of three members of the BHHA, elected by the membership, that have been tasked with maintaining the quality and property values of the community.

Why does this matter to you?

There is a review process in place that is required for all homes within the BHHA. Generally, the review process is in place for:

1. Any permitted exterior construction (both new and remodeling) i.e., construction requiring a building permit

2. Roof replacement

3. Fence construction and/or replacement
