To ensure everyone's safety, it is critical that BHHA Members adhere to State regulations:
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old.
For swimmers over age 14 (including adults) never swim alone.
Keep the gate securely closed after entering and exiting.
Lifeguards are generally on duty from 12pm to 8:30pm Monday-Sunday.
In the event there is not a lifeguard on duty, the NO LIFEGUARD sign will be posted outside of the gate.
Children ages 8 – 13 years who have passed the swim test and have an updated registration card on file at the pool, may swim unaccompanied with a lifeguard on duty. To verify lifeguard coverage for a particular day you can call the pool at 503-638-0964.
If there is no lifeguard on duty, an adult guardian 18 years or older MUST accompany all children under the age of 14 to the pool. Per Oregon law, children 14 years and up who are pool safe may swim without a lifeguard on duty.
Your Pool Key: It is likely that you’ve received a key from the previous homeowner. If you have not and would like to request a new key, please contact the Pool Manager at bhha.board@gmail.com. You will need your pool key to access the property.
